Meet our producers
Vegetables from the Pévèle, cheese from the Avesnois, beers from the neighbourhood: where our ingredients come from.
On Mondays, when the bistro is closed, Élise visits the farms. Most of our ingredients come from less than sixty kilometres away: vegetables from a market gardener in the Pévèle, cream and eggs from a farm in the Weppes, cheese from an affineur in the Avesnois.
This has a direct effect on the menu: it changes often, and some dishes disappear when the season ends. That is the price of produce picked the day before.
Our producers are introduced on the “About us” page. Over the year, they will also come and talk about their work at our evening events.
