Winemaker evening: six natural wines and a matching menu
One Thursday evening a month, Mathis invites a winemaker. This time, a Jura estate presents six wines with a five-course menu.
The idea is simple: a winemaker comes to talk about their work, and Élise creates a menu to go with their wines. This month, a small Jura estate introduces its chardonnays, its savagnin and a fruity poulsard.
Five courses, six wines, plenty of stories: the evening starts at 7:30 pm and brings together twenty-four guests around the tables.
